Filippo is a high-impact CEO with global expertise in new market entry and business
management and growth.
A pioneer in the facilities management industry in the UK and Australasia early in his
career, he went on
to lead IWG plc through its most significant growth period as CEO of APAC, CEO of Middle
East and Africa,
and subsequently as Global Managing Director of New Openings.
Under his leadership he has grown businesses from near-start up to over US$400m turnover,
and has
executive management responsibility for growth investment of US$600m annually.
As a results-driven executive with a history of creating and developing highly profitable
businesses in
complex markets, Filippo is a strategic leader and a problem-solver, known by colleagues for
finishing
what he starts. He has an instinct for and proven expertise in recruiting and leading
high-performance
management teams from an early stage. His expertise also encompasses finance and investment,
M&A,
turnaround management, and stakeholder and partner management.
Filippo has extensive international experience; having lived and operated across UK, Europe,
APAC, MEA and
North America, he’s an international leader, with a focus on supporting early-stage and
growth companies
and management teams to fully build and develop their concepts and businesses.
